Ex husband

I have a question and I may seem stupid but, I have an ex husband and I wanna know how u ladies deal with ur name ex’s. Mine won’t leave me alone, first he tells me to refinance my car which i tried and failed even though it will be paid off next year and he tells me that his engagement plans are being held off till this get settled than he gets cps called which they came and talked to me and my husband cause it’s standard procedure even though they were called when my ex had them saying my kids were not bathed regularly and they wore the same outfit two three days in a row on top of that he said I owe damages to a house that he lived in for two almost three years after our divorce was final and he says I need to pay for half of the damages done when idk what damages were done while I was gone than shows up to my work and harassed me about it still does idk what to do how do u guys deal with ur ex’s, cause I’ve had it and I’m tired of my kids with him being punished he wouldn’t let

Me wish my six year old daughter a happy birthday when she turned 6 may 31st I had to go to her day care the day after cause she wasn’t there on her birthday to wish her a happy birthday and tell her how much I love her btw we have joint custody. I need advice cause I get anxiety when I see my ex let alone talk to him and me being paranoid not even halfway through my shift is not healthy so what are ways u deal with them??
