Don’t know what to do!!

What to I do when someone from work stares at your chest and they are the COO. The CEOs right hand man and is in line for getting the company.

From day 1 he’s always commented about me like “you’re just not a pretty face” in front of everyone. The CEO also said this about me.

I never responded to their comments. Only until recently because I got a promotion and now I’m working daily with the COO and CEO I notice their behavior more.

I can’t tell the HR team because they are scared of the ceo and coo.

What would you recommend to do. WITHOUT loosing my job. I’ve been here since day 1 of the startup and I’m planning on ttc in October and I’d get 100% of my pay for 3+ months. I’m thinking about quitting after I have my first baby. What would you do?
