Initiating?

My boyfriend and I keep having problems/fights because he seems to think I don’t initiate sex. I need ways to initiate sex, down to the last detail because we’ve had this same fight before and I don’t want to lose him, yet I’m shy in the sense that I don’t feel completely comfortable initiating sex with ANYONE, not just him and not just this relationship. I’ve explained that bad he’s explained he’s been frustrated. I need ways to initiate sex, and blow jobs, please!!
