I need advice

This weekend I think I'm going to have sex with my boyfriend again. This will only be my second time but the first was very painful. The pain decreased after a little bit but it was still uncomfortable. It never felt good, I could just feel him going in and out and afterwards I was bleeding. I think I tensed up because I was nervous but I dont know. We did a lot of foreplay before but I was still really nervous since it was my first time. Is there anything we can do to help me not be nervous and make it more enjoyable? I know most women cant orgasm from penetration alone but can penetration still feel good? Is there still a chance that I'll bleed this time?

Our second time having sex definitely went better than the first. At the start it hurt just as bad as the first time but the pain went away very quickly. I didnt really feel any pleasure but I'm just happy it wasnt uncomfortable the whole time. Thank you so much for the advice it was helpful.
