Ob question?

So i have this doctor who seems nice but iv had a few ladies tell me she's really rough. She did make me bleed during my Pap smear for the first time ever. Well my question is to you ladies is has your ob ever change your appointment days all together? They just called me 5 min ago to reschedule my appointment. My very first appointment they also called me to reschedule but I couldn't cuz I work  from 6:30 am -5:30pm so she ended up squeezing me in after having me wait 45min past my appointment cuz she needed to leave early.
