Should a business have the right to sue a customer over a bad review

I was seeing a video and it was a customer how was getting sued by a business over a bad yelp review

In the video she claims she went to a certain stylist for highlights and extensions she paid over 1200 for the job

The stylist informed her Client that the hair would last 4 to 6 months

And after 4 weeks the hair extensions were falling out and clumping together pic below

Customer went back to the same stylist and stylist refused to fix it after trying to plead with her she eventually left and just left a bad review over her service and the stylist a few days later she received a letter that she would be sued if she didn’t take the yelp review off their business

Do you think business have the right to sue customers over poor reviews ?
