Separation anxiety?

Does anyone here suffer from separation anxiety? How have you learned to cope with it?
My husband is away for the first time because of work (Army), and I’m having a really tough time being without him

I do.. I'm in the same boat as you. it sucks and it is hard sometimes. But he wont be gone forever!  my fiance is deploying to Australia tomorrow and I'm 32 weeks pregnant... so i understand, but message me if you want to talk ! 😊

my husband will be getting deployed to Japan in November . we are from Cali he's a marine and I feel like I won't be able to go 2 years without him 😭

i have separation anxiety with my 5 month old son. I get bad panic attacks at work. i also have bad anxiety if my husband is away for too long.
