what are your experiences with giving birth and what did you do? Epidural? let it tear or have it cut? water birth? birthing ball? What helped and didnt help? I'm 5ft 4 and starting weight 129lbs. I'm 13 weeks now and I keep thinking about what I'm going to do when I go into labor and I don't have the first clue and I'm petrified to say the least.
