can i be pregnant ?

hey guys i’m 19 y/o and i feel like i need help with this situation i’ve lost my virginity like 2 months ago the last time i got my period was at the end of april. so my period i was suppose to get my period around 1 week ago and now my period is late and i’ve been sooo stressed out and paranoid that i might be pregnant. i have tender breasts for a while now , my cm is white, umm i’m kind of getting cramps but big really,oh an yesterday i bleed a little thinking it was my period but it stopped but my period is also irregular, should i be worried ? should i take a test ?

any suggestions or advice ?
