Unbearable!!!
Help! I am in so much pain and have severe diarrhoea as a result of day one of my period and it hurts so bad. I have taken my mephanamic acid even though it does nothing and paracetamol. I don't know what else I can do whilst out and about?? I'm going to the cinema soon and cannot take a hot water bottle or do stretches or anything. Anyone able to help?? I am 20 years old and have scoliosis and a kidney condition.
