My first baby and last baby. ❤️

I’m so proud of these two... plus middle sister who isn’t in the picture.

I was in two very different stages of life with these two. I got pregnant with Adaleigh when I was 18... it was my first and only one-night-stand. A friend of a friends friend. I was an academic and wanted to fit in with other girls my age. Surprise.

I was terrified and didn’t know what I was going to do. I was on my way to college on a full academic scholarship and had to decline. I was mad, scared, insecure, and upset. It took me a few months to bond with her. People don’t really talk about that... mostly you see “instantly fell in love”. I cared about her, I thought she was the most beautiful baby I’d ever seen... but love came later.

Looking back, she was the best thing in the world for me. She was the sweetest baby... she smiled at anything and everything, and taught me what it meant to love unconditionally. She also helped me find my way to my soulmate. Her daddy and I will have been married nine years in October.

I did eventually finish college. And now we have three beautiful girls together. Life is crazy sometimes. :)
