Birth control

So I got the pill today at my local sex clinic, 3 month trial of progesterone only to completely stop my periods, I’m very nearly 16 but my mom doesn’t know that I’m sexually active and also doesn’t know that I’m on the pill now, what do I do when I’m not using the pads that she’s buying me??? Last time o asked her to go on the pill she told my dad and he kicked off, he isn’t in the picture now but I’m still scared! I’m thinking about getting the implant but that’s more permanent so I dont knoww!! Help?

Just for the record if you’re going to give me grief for underage sex don’t bother commenting because I was ready and comfortable and in a long term relationship (16 months)🙃
