Help please I need my confidence back
I just want to feel confident again. I am 20 weeks Pp and I lost some of my confidence during pregnancy and now I'm completely insecure with my body and sad when I see myself in pictures. This was my second childbirth and I recovered much better with the first, even after gaining over 80 pounds I was back to my body within a month and had my body with a few stretch marks but I learned to embrace them. Due to severe tearing I had 26 stitches and reconstructive surgery so was unable to do any exercising for a while (I could barely even walk it was so painful) a few weeks ago I was able to start moving around much better and have started walking and yoga. I'm also doing a little exercising one day for tummy one day for thighs and butt. This pregnancy I lost my butt! Completely! I also have such a mushy tummy and a little pouch and I am not expecting a 6 pack but I would like to have a toned tummy with no pouch and I really need my butt back even my family and boyfriend have said I have no butt anymore so I know it's not just me or in my head I will show before picture for reference. Anyways please any advise and ideas and exercises to get my body back I'm desperate and hate feeling so insecure. Thank you in advance.
