Flu during ovulation question😭😭

So I should be ovulating today, definitely have some cramping and pelvic pain and had ewcm the past week. I woke up with fever, chills, nausea and a super achey body. My doctor is on vacation so urgent care decided to treat me for the flu even though my flu test was negative. Im kind of worried that taking Tamiflu (flu meds I was prescribed) will effect my chances of conceiving 😩 I don’t feel too terrible right now I’ve been taking Tylenol for fever and pain. Has anyone taken something like this during ovulation/two week wait? Just not sure if I even need it and urgent care seemed a bit unsure as well
