Is it possible to make your hymen heal faster??

I cannot find any good info on hymens aside from Wikipedia. I’m specifically looking for info on how they heal and if there’s a way to make it happen faster and there’s nothing!

I have the bifenestratus type, the first on the second row (splits the vaginal entrance in two, straight down the middle). My boyfriend broke it a couple months ago and now it just hangs there awkwardly and my self esteem is lower than ever when it comes to my vagina. I hate it and I have no clue what to do about it
