Its not pleasurable at all for me when he wears condom

We have been sexually active since january and he uses a condom sometimes but it just doesnt feel good for me. I am not on birth control, i posted a question just now on the birth control group about how to get it if im a nonresident. I know i will have insurance once i become an international student, but ive been waiting for the immigration’s decision to give me student status (i came to US for travel so i applied for change of status). I dont want to get pregnant so my partner does have to wear a condom...any recommendations? I know we all experience sex differently, and to some women sex with and without condom are the same, but for me it’s not. I wish i could get an implant or something if not the pills, but i dont know how yet and i might not be able to afford it.
