Breast help/ advice

I wear a 32DDD/F bra size and I am heavily considering a breast reduction. I don’t know what I want necessarily but I know I want smaller breasts for health reasons. I still want to have some what large breasts because I’m comfortable in the look of my breast size and happy with that, but they are so heavy and are causing me back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, and some difficulty breathing because they are just so heavy on my chest. But I wanted advice on if I got the surgery, what breast size is both big but not big enough to cause problems like that? I tried researching to find what looks good to me but everything was either porn and looks plastic or “this model is wearing a bra that adds two cup sizes!! Try it now!!!” Does anyone have advice on what cul size is best?
