Help - job interview

I have $0 monies. I spent my last $10 on food. I have a job interview for a company that said to dress professionally. Where I live it’s hot as hell. 110+ degrees. I do not have a blazer! I have $0 to buy one. I have black slacks, closed toed flats, a button up shirt. But no blazer. Is it absolutely necessary to have one?? She said dress business professional and I don’t have a blazer. I need this job. Do I need one to make a good impression?
