Is it possible to be in love with someone without a sexual attraction?

My ex boyfriend and I were together for 3 years before we faked it quits. However we still see each other and I am still in love with him, or maybe I just love him? Either way it is a super strong connection, almost maternal? Lol
BUT I am not sexually attracted to him. I would love to marry him, have kids with him and share my life with him but how can I be feeling all of that when I am not sexually attracted to him....

Sounds like you just love him like a friend. I have a friend who I love. He has been one of my best friends since we were about 12. His mum would love it if we got together and had babies. We even made a pact that if we weren’t married by the time we were 30 we would marry each other (when we were younger 30 seemed really old 😂🤦‍♀️ But fortunately we are both in committed relationships we we don’t have to stick to the pact). But there has just never been any sexual attraction there. I love him to death and would gladly spend all day every day with him, but as a friend, not a partner. I could’ve even seen us raising kids together if we did both end up being single when we wanted kids. 
It’s not a bad thing. I think it’s something to cherish.
