Advice needed with contact centres

Hi, this is a pretty long winded story but stay with me... I’ll just give you the basics but if you have any questions just ask and i will fill in the blanks.

My fiancé has two children with an ex, this lady is a very angry woman who comes from a very dangerous family. So dangerous the police are very familiar with them. God, they even have they’re own wiki page *covers eyes*

It’s becoming more and more difficult for my partner to collect the kids safely on his days as treats of violence grow by the day.

We have always just worked around the problem but now I’m expecting a child it’s come to a point where we need to get something in place whereby my partner can collect the children in a safe environment.

Has anyone any history of going through a contact centre for handover? It would be great to hear how this has worked for everyone involved.

The treats are real, the level of violence is out of control. We both believe the children would be better off if we went for full custody but the repercussions of that could be devastating for us.

We are trying to find a solicitor to help us explore all options but as i say, it would be really helpful to hear from anyone in the UK who has knowledge of this process.

This is such a stressful situation and terribly upsetting. My partners kids are his world. Not seeing them isn’t an option but we need to find a solution whereby he will remain safe.
