Spotting or miscarriage?

I tried looking up pictures on Google and I have called my doctor and he told me not to worry but how can I not. I went in for my 12 week appointment he pushed on my belly and we listen to the heartbeat so I can no longer be in denial that I’m pregnant. My tummy still felt sore after he pushed on it and when I got home and went to

the bathroom there was blood first picture then today I have brown. How can you tell if it’s spotting or miscarriage?

May be spotting, if it gets more painful and heavy then I would go in.
Also, don’t use tampons... Not good to do if you’re pregnant and is especially dangerous if you’re having a miscarriage.

Update: haven’t had any blood and feeling better :)

I had that for the first few months a couple times and had a healthy baby. If it turns dark red that when I'd be worried. Until then looks like gour body is adjusting to a growing uterus and pushing out old blood. :) congrats!

why in the world did you use a tampon, girl?! That's such a no-no!! Please ask your Dr. as to why if need be.   Anyhoo, I also bled a bit after I got checked at the Dr. while pregnant, especially the further along I got. Good luck
