Growing a little human is hard work

Hi I’m just shy of 6 weeks and my body feels like it’s been hit by a bus😭😭😭I have an achy body and just feel feverish,exhausted and hunger pains every couple of hours and let’s not start on my boobs😫😫😫They are so heavy and achy but I’m kind of loving my new breast😂😂I have gained five pounds in a week!How are you ladies feeling?I think this will be a very long first trimester for me😂but I’m not complaining because this will be my rainbow baby because I had an ectopic last year I’m just ready to kind of feel normal again
