Hi! I need advice my boyfriend and I have been dating for 5 years but we started having sex after 3 years of dating we did foreplay before and still do it and its fine i have no pain

But once i ride my boyfriend i have the pain like i have to pee but it hurts so i get off and also get it when we try sex from behind

Do you guys have this feeling is it normal

I’m still kinda new to sex and we’re still learning all the time bur after sex i have this feeling above my vagina like if i’m having cramps
