Painful sex (clit and penetration)

Idk if its PTSD related or a medical issue, but every time I have sex everything down there swells up pretty bad and gets really red. Everyone says its normal, but I also feel pain and/or discomfort. I also have clit play, touching my clit is always uncomfortable/painful/not pleasurable.

I have a high sex drive and I get aroused often, and so does my girlfriend. No matter what we do,

Roleplay, playing around with kinks, lube, new positions,

Nothing fixes it.

I know it’s not an STI, it’s how it’s always been.

I can’t see a gynecologist because I don’t have insurance or the money, and I’m only 17. What should I do??
