Can I be pregnant??

I had sex with my boyfriend during my furtile week. We used condoms with spermicide but I feel like I rubbed it off since I gave him a handjob (the condom was still on which we used after this) because he suddenly wasn't hard anymore. After that, the condom was kinda stretched yet we continued to have sex. I haven't had my period yet (it could be since I'm stressing) and my stomach hasn't been feeling good lately. I've had sore breasts and mood swings. I'm just stressing about everything.
