Waiting on a Proposal

My SO and I have been together for 3 years now and we have a beautiful (almost) 7 month baby girl together. We are always talking about getting married. Like when we will get married, what the theme/color scheme will be, where it will take place, dress code, etc. BUT he hasn't actually proposed to me yet. He knows that he doesn't have to spend a lot of money on a ring and I would actually be upset if it was super expensive. I feel bad that I'm getting impatient and I don't want to push him to propose to me but it's starting to make me feel bad. I don't know what to do. Any advice or anything to make me feel better would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance❤
