Poop question... TMI

I went to my OB on Tuesday as I am 8 weeks pregnant and feeling awful. He told me then that I was constipated and had a lot of stool in me. He ended up admitting me to the hospital for fluids. Anyway before he released me he said he could try to get the stool out but I said no I’d be fine.

Here we are now Saturday night and I still haven’t pooped. I’ve done miralax everyday but Thursday. Honestly I feel horrible, nausea, no appetite, no energy....

has anyone ever had their stool manually removed? If so is it just horrible? I’m scared but I know I’ve gotta do something.
