Empty gestational sac at 5 weeks 5 days?

My lmp would put me at 6 weeks and 6 days but my second round of positive OPKs happened late at night on July 10th putting me at 5 weeks 5 days-5 weeks 6 days

Today I had some bleeding for about 2 hours (similar to a moderate flow period and dark red in color fading to spotting brown) I went to the ER and they said HCG is 14000 they saw a gestational sac but no yolk sac or fetal pole so I’m losing my mind.

Has anyone else not been able to see a told sack at 5+5 or 5+6? Having HCG tested again on Monday
