Need serious advice

I'm dating this guy who I love very much, but he drives trucks for a living, I have two daughters and he refuses to come off the road and wants me with him. I rode with him for two months and yes I loved it but I missed my girls more than anything. I a lso want to get married and have more kids where he doesn't. Do I just walk away or give it time and hope he changes?
