Need help

I've been having headache for a week, back pain once in awhile, and acid reflux is pick up pretty bad again, can anyone tell me what's going on . Also fill like I'm having cramps but on July 4-5 I had bleeding that was redish and stop on the 5 , I also went in May from 17-19 on peoird, june17,21, and then I spotted 4-5 of July nothing since can anyone tell me if its part of early pregnancy??
