I'm have nexaplanon . It's an  implant that goes inside your inner arm and it lasts for 3 years but they can take it out anytime before that. Look into it! It's great! Xx

I'm on the nuvaring. Couldn't ever get the hang of the pill so this changed my life. Literally only have to think about it twice a month. It helped my metabolism, cleared acne, I'm so normal, and I only feel bad cramps maybe once every 3 cycles. My partner and I stopped using condoms and pull out 6 months ago and I've never had a scare.

I was on the same for a few years, and while it was very effective and had basically no negative side effects, coming off of it has been a rollercoaster! I have been very moody and emotional even when not on my period and my cycles are very different now with extreme cramping during AF.
