What is this!?????

So I have these little red mark on my butt / thigh. They kind of look like tiny bruises, but I have no clue what they’d be from? I’m not sure when the show up, my boyfriend noticed them Saturday night when I got home from being out of town for the night. I showed my mom and she said they looked like fingertip marks from someone grabbing my butt, but no one besides my boyfriend grabs my butt and it’s never been hard enough to leave a damn bruise. It’s currently Monday morning and they’re still here. Anyone have any suggestions of what this could be?
