is it time to move on?

My boyfriend and I have been together for 2 years and 2months. The past six months have been hard, we've been fighting a lot over silly things. A week ago we decided to have a civil convo about our fights and we sort of made up. We were supposed to meet the next day and he stood me up (it has never happned before), so I let it slide. He stood me up again 2 days later, I was upset. On the same day I received screenshots from my brother of a girl who's posting on social media about how she loves him. I confronted him and he didn't seem to care how it made me feel, " why are you upset when you've never done something like that for me before" he asked and added that there's nothing going on, she just has a crush on him. I was surprised, hurt mostly. We've never been vocal about our relationship on social media and he was okay with it for 2 years. It's been 3 days now and he hasn't been talking to me, I feel like I should just try move on with my life coz he doesn't seem bothered. Plz advice.
