Why do i have breast milk?

Hi, I’m tired of googling this stuff so I’m hoping someone has had real experience with this.
Im 35, never been pregnant and i have “sour milk that squirts out” when my SO bites/sucks on my nipples. What is up with that?
I am overweight but healthy with no hormone problems, I’m not on any medication. So I’m just perplexed with this. Please fill me in if you have any thoughts.

Get that checked out by your doctor.. could be something serious.

It could  be a sign of high prolactin levels. Liver issues and on the scary end and less likely, a specific pituitary tumor called a prolactinoma can produce high levels of prolactin. Do you have the cycles?

we are mammals so I guess sometimes we can produce milk naturally

I would say its some sort of discharge and you should get that checked out soon.

if you stimulate your nipples for long enough you can begin to produce milk! some mom's that adopt do that if they want to breast feed when they adopt a baby
