smooshed the soft spot

okay so my son loves laying on my chest but I always worry I'll shush his soft spot. WELL MY NIGHTMARE CAME TRUE. You know how when babies lay in their bellies they push up with their legs? Well my son did that right as I was running the too of his head (his hair is really long and it was tickling my nose) anyways is he Gunna bte okay, did I smoosh his brain, what's going on.
