Kids sharing rooms?

Question

We have a 3 bedroom house- one master, two regular rooms. 
We also have a 5 year old, a 1 year old, both girls. We have a boy on the way... 
Not sure how we should make sharing arrangements once he’s old enough to move out from our bedroom.. 
Ideas?
Ps. 5 yr old is 50/50 custody with my significant other and their ex. 5 yr old is over every other week.

My kids share a room and it's fine. My 8 year old was sharing since my daughter was 8 months old, no issues. If my daughter woke up crying, the 8 yr old would still be KO'd lol.
My other kids share a room too, 7 year old boy, 6 year old boy, and 4 year old girl. No probs 🤷
(we use triple bunk beds in my house since we have 6 kids! lol)

Just in my experience having two Young kids in one room was a disaster if one woke up crying the other did so their I was with 2 crying kids one I’m holding to settle down or fix a bottle and the other following me around crying And showing her but till I sat down with the baby so she could sit on my lap to it was hectic
