Boyfriend isn’t happy :(

I know I’m going to get a lot of hate, but I just really need advice. We’re both 16 im almost 17 and we have protected sex, we use condoms, and my period is 4 days late. My period is all over the place, some months it could come on time and other months I’ll skip a month. I get really scared when I do because I think I’m pregnant. I have been having back and stomach pain but I always get that before my period and i don’t notice any pregnancy symptoms, i don’t even feel sick or pregnant but I overthink and it makes me feel sick so I asked my boyfriend to come with me to get a test because I don’t wanna go alone and he told me he will and can we stop talking about it, it’s making him overthink, and it really hurt me cause it’s both of our mistakes if I am and he won’t be the one getting judged for being pregnant :( I feel really upset now and I honestly have no clue what to do anymore.
