Tummy time help

I’ve literally tried everything. She is

6 weeks old and will not do tummy time. I’ve tried using her colorful mat, toys, putting her on a boppy, using a mirror, laying her across my lap, laying her on my chest. She lays there, licks her hand or whatever she’s laying on top of, then after a few seconds starts crying and burying her face into what’s she’s laying on. It’s so frustrating. I’ve tried helping her lift her head but that makes her more mad.

Any ideas?? Help!
