I’m really scared, someone help?

I’ve been on birth control for almost two years now. Never really had any side effects. The other day I ended my second week of active pills. For two days I had some random brown discharge that had now stopped. I never had that before. Now today I just had a slightly yellow/clear jelly like stretchy discharge. I haven’t had Sex but I have done other foreplay like things but I’m freaking out that maybe I’m pregnant? Is this possible? I never miss a pill or anything. I’m freaking out!
