Anyone have this happen?

I had a mmc in feb and a d&c 10 days after learning there was no longer a heartbeat. We have been ttc again since the mc with no luck. My periods have been different since my d&c so I found a new dr and today he did a ultrasound to look at my uterus. Well he found "something" he doesn't know if it's left over from my mc or a fibroid but said it was likely why I am not getting pregnant and that it could cause a mc if I do get pregnant. I'm so upset. I don't want more procedures done and possibly surgery. I just want my baby. :(

Anyone have something like this happen? What was the outcome?
