Relationship

So basically I’m going into high school freshman year right , and I’ve been dating this one guy since 7th grade . We have a year and 5 months together , but we’re not going to the same hs nor am I gonna be living in the same state as him anymore and I feel like he’s the one , I lost my virginity to him and he’s met my whole family and I’ve met his , and we go on trips and etc but it’s all coming to an end . I don’t know what to do ?! He’s my first love basically idk what to do Help .
