On to 2nd IUI... tips/tricks? I’m desperate! 🙏

Just found out today our first IUI didn’t work 😡 grrrr. On to the the 2nd one. Any suggestions for increasing our chances?! All of my tests including HSG are normal, last cycle I did letrozole (5mg) with ovidrel (250) had 2 mature eggs... husbands post wash count was 11.5 million. Willing to try just about anything!!

Unfortunately I don’t think there are any ways to increase your chances, it’s more about timing & your body. I did my first IUI back in January, and to my shock it worked the first time, my doctor & everyone I knew that had gone through prepared me for the fact that it wouldn’t work the first time. And it normally takes 2-3 times. I did nothing what so ever but go!

Is your husbands motility normal? My husbands was low and he started taking go dog go vitamins, Co Q-10 vitamin, and  pineapple juice 16oz day. His numbers tripled!!! Currently on my tww with iui #2🙏🏼🤞🏼
