Did you get pregnant on your first IUI?

First IUI done on Saturday. I had 2 mature follicles and my husband’s sperm count was at 50 million. My doctor seemed really hopeful. She said his sperm count was perfect and my follicles are perfect. Our infertility is unexplained. The both of us are completely healthy. I had evaluated thyroid levels, but I’ve been taking medicine to level them out.

How often do people get success on their first IUI? And how many people have unexplained infertility and got pregnancy on the first try?
