Hate unprofessionalism

I'm suppose to have my hair braided for Wednesday so I went to this hair dresser and she told me she couldn't do my hair on Sunday and she told come in Monday at 11 but to call her first. She didn't seem so sure but anyways I called at 10 two times she didn't answer. She never answers the phone at all but every time I see her she always talking on the phone .. I'm annoyed and I can't find any other hair salon because it's too much money.
