Tips for losing weight

Any tips for good programs or methods to shed those extra pounds? LO is 18 months but I’m still not nearly back to pre-pregnancy weight and finding time cook elaborate meals is impossible with a clingy toddler and without help at home around dinner time.

Anyone tried Weight Watchers? Does it work? Is there something else that is better? Need something that won’t involve lots of meal prep time or just simple/quick/easy meals!
