Confused with ultrasound

Hi Ladies, i had a MC last March, and just had my bfp a couple of days ago, so I setup a docs appt to see how far along i was. The doc ordered to have a tvs done, when i had the transvaginal done there was no sac or baby found. According to my LMP i should be 6 weeks. Seriously confused if :(
