Late Period

I got my paraguard IUD about four/five months ago and have had no problems. my periods are usually right on time and very heavy. my boyfriend and i had sex just about two-three weeks ago and he finished inside me. my period is now two days late, i’ve had cramps but no blood. i’ve read a lot about it and a lot of places say it’s not considered late but i just need some more reassurance. please help!!
