Tax related question

So where I’m from you can get child care .. idk if y’all know about it but for the ones that don’t you sign up for childcare and they will pay for your child’s daycare .. you will probably only have to pay like $10-50 out of your pockets .. well I don’t have childcare the waiting list is long so I have to pay $150 (family discount.. it’s usually like $325) A WEEK ! when my daughter first started it was $150 a week . Then it got bumped up to $200 a week because she was a cry baby and needed extra attention . Now she’s used to it and doing so well so we are back down to $150 .. can I save my receipts and get money back on my taxes ? Or hell no I can’t 😂
