Is it yeast?

I rarely get yeast infections I normally get recurrent utis. I took a course of antibiotics a while ago and my doctor gave me three yeast infection pills for afterward as antibiotics could give you a yeast infection also.. well I was still having this burning sensation a little nothing overbearing and only happens when I have concentrated urine. I got in the shower this morning and I felt some gush come out so I looked down and didn’t see anything. Well yes I ran my finger down there and it was some white kind of clumpy discharge. Couldn’t tell if it had a smell but I don’t think so. It was just kind of clumpy a little idk if it’s bc it touched the water or what but I ran my finger down there again and it had more clumpy discharge.. could this be a yeast infection?
