Pregnancy symptoms

So I had very bad ALL DAY nausea! Could not even hold water down or crackers. My doctor prescribed me Zofran which has been helping but lately I’ve been feeling light headed and puked today ! My chest as well feels like all my food is building up and wants to come out she prescribed me ranitidine as well which has not helped at all or at least I feel it hasn’t. Help?! Anyone feel any of this I just want to feel ok again I will be 11 weeks tomorrow.
